Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. We keep this deliberately short because we deliberately collect very little.

1. Who we are
Logical Programmer operates logicalprogrammer.com and is the data controller (or, under Indian law, the “data fiduciary”) for the personal data described below. Our contact details are published alongside this page.

2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message, so that we can reply to you.
- Purchases: your name, email address and billing details, which are needed to process the order, issue an invoice and deliver your download.
- Support requests: anything you choose to include when you write to us, including project details you share to help us diagnose a problem.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, browser user agent, page requested and timestamp — for security and reliability. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used to build a profile of you.
What we do not collect
- Payment details. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. These go directly to our payment gateway.
- Sensitive personal data. We do not ask for government identifiers, biometric data, health data or financial account details.
- Data from children. This site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
4. Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Any cookie present is strictly necessary for the site or the payment gateway to function during checkout.
Embedded content — such as a YouTube trailer — is only loaded when you choose to play it. Once loaded, that third party may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run the business, and only to the extent required:
- Payment gateway — to process your payment and handle refunds and chargebacks.
- Hosting provider (Vercel) — to serve the website and store server logs.
- Email provider (Google, through Gmail) — to send your download link, receipts and our replies.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, for example to a tax authority or in response to a valid legal order.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers operate servers outside India. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on providers that offer contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer.
7. How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: retained for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, currently eight financial years.
- Contact and support messages: kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
- Server logs: retained briefly for security purposes, then rotated out.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us to:
- Confirm what personal data of yours we hold, and give you a copy.
- Correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- Delete data we no longer need — except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
Email chaturvedisuryadev1@gmail.com to make a request. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, payment data never touches our systems, and access to the records we do hold is limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
