Bowling Puzzle: 3D Illusions
Privacy Policy
What Bowling Puzzle: 3D Illusions keeps on your phone, what our ad and analytics partners collect while you play, and the choices you have.
Last updated:
The short version
- Bowling Puzzle: 3D Illusions needs no account. We never ask for your email address, phone number or real name.
- Your progress, stars, coins, diamonds and settings are saved on your phone.
- The game shows ads from advertising partners, chosen through Unity LevelPlay. They use your device’s advertising ID and similar information to show and measure ads.
- We use Unity Analytics to learn which levels are too hard or too easy, so we can make the game better.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game asks your permission before any analytics or personalised ads. Anyone, anywhere, can change this at any time with the SHARE DATA switch in Settings.
- Payments are handled by Google Play. We never see your card or bank details.
- You need an internet connection to play.
1. Who we are
Bowling Puzzle: 3D Illusions (“the game”) is a puzzle game for Android, developed and published by Logical Programmer (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are responsible for the information processing described in this policy, except where a partner says it acts on its own account under its own policy (see section 15).
You can reach us at chaturvedisuryadev100@gmail.com.
2. What is saved on your phone
The game saves the following in its own storage on your phone:
- your progress: levels solved, stars, hints, your league tier and standing, daily rewards and achievement progress;
- your coins and diamonds, and the things you bought or unlocked, such as Remove Ads, Premium, Unlimited Hints and characters;
- your settings: music, sound, vibration, controls and your SHARE DATA choice;
- the name you type for the league, if you choose one.
The saved data itself stays on your phone. Where analytics is allowed, the game reports some of the same things to us as game events, such as your progress, your coin and diamond balance and the settings you change (see section 6). The name you type stays on your phone and is not shared with us or with any partner.
RESET PROGRESS in Settings erases your levels and stars. Uninstalling the game erases everything it saved. If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may back up this saved data and restore it when you reinstall the game. Google handles that backup under your account settings.
3. The region check
The privacy card (section 9) is shown only where the law asks for consent. To decide whether to show it, the game looks at the country of your mobile network and SIM card, your time zone and the region in your language setting. This check happens on your phone only. The game keeps your answer, nothing else, and does not send these details to us or to our partners.
4. Internet connection checks
The game can only be played online. While it is open, it checks your connection about every 10 seconds (more often while you are offline) by requesting an empty page from Google (connectivitycheck.gstatic.com) or Cloudflare (cp.cloudflare.com). These requests carry no information about you or your game. Like any internet request, they show your IP address to Google or Cloudflare, who handle it under their own privacy policies.
5. Advertising
The game is free, and ads pay for it: banner ads, full-screen ads between levels, and rewarded videos that you can choose to watch for a reward. Ads are served through Unity LevelPlay, an ad mediation service from Unity Technologies, which picks each ad from one of these ad networks:
- Unity Ads and ironSource Ads (Unity Technologies)
- Meta Audience Network (Meta Platforms)
- AppLovin
- Mintegral
- Liftoff Monetize (formerly Vungle)
- InMobi
To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, these services collect information directly from your phone through their software in the game. This includes:
- your device’s advertising ID (a resettable ID provided by Google Play services) and identifiers the ad software creates;
- your IP address, and the approximate location (such as country or city) worked out from it;
- device and app information, such as the phone’s make and model, operating system version, language, screen size, mobile carrier, network type, and the game’s name and version;
- the ads you see and how you interact with them: views, clicks, completed videos and rewards;
- technical diagnostics, such as crash and performance data from the ad software.
If you allow it (section 9), our partners may use this information to show ads that match your interests (“personalised ads”), and may combine it with information from other apps and websites. If you don’t allow it, they are told not to personalise ads and show ads based on the context instead. They may still use the information above to deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure results and prevent fraud.
We do not give our ad partners your league name, your progress or anything you type. Each partner handles information under its own privacy policy (section 15).
Buying Remove Ads or Premium turns off banner ads and the ads between levels. Ads you choose to watch for a reward stay available and optional.
6. Game analytics
We use Unity Analytics (part of Unity Gaming Services, from Unity Technologies) to understand how the game is played, so that we can fix problems and improve the levels. Where analytics is allowed, the game sends events such as:
- levels started, finished, skipped or left; the time taken; attempts and misses and why they happened; hints used and stars earned;
- tutorial steps, the menu screens you open and how long you spend in the menu;
- settings you turn on or off (music, sound, vibration, controls);
- rewarded ads watched, characters unlocked, and purchases (the product, its price and currency);
- ads shown (which ad network showed them and the revenue it reported);
- a summary of your game: progress, coin and diamond balance, league tier, and whether you own Premium or Remove Ads.
These events are linked to a random ID that Unity creates for your installation of the game, not to your name or your league name. Unity also receives device information (such as the phone model, operating system and language) and your IP address, which it uses to estimate your country. We look at this information in combined reports and use it only to improve the game. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it. Unity processes it for us as our service provider.
7. Purchases
You can buy optional items in the game: Remove Ads, Unlimited Hints, Premium, and packs of diamonds and coins. Every purchase goes through Google Play’s billing system, under Google’s terms and privacy policy. Google handles your payment details; we never receive your card or bank information.
The game receives a confirmation from Google Play (which product was bought, and an order reference) so that it can unlock what you paid for. RESTORE PURCHASES asks Google Play for your earlier purchases. The game uses Unity In-App Purchasing, a software library from Unity Technologies, to talk to Google Play.
8. Other Google Play features
- Ratings. After you have solved a number of levels, the game may show Google Play’s own rating card. Google handles your rating or review; the game is not told whether you left one.
- Achievements. If the game offers achievements through Google Play Games and you are signed in to Play Games on your phone, the game can unlock achievements on your Play Games profile. Google keeps your achievements under its privacy policy. We see only how many players unlocked each achievement, not who they are.
- Advertising ID. This is provided by Google Play services, and you control it in your phone’s settings (section 9).
9. Your privacy choices
The privacy card
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland (based on the check in section 3), the game asks you the first time you open it whether to allow game analytics and personalised ads. No analytics are sent and no ads are requested until you answer ALLOW or NOT NOW.
The SHARE DATA switch
Everyone can change their choice at any time in Settings > SHARE DATA. When it is off, the game:
- stops sending analytics events;
- tells our ad partners that you do not consent to personalised ads;
- asks them not to sell or share your personal information (the “do not sell or share” signal used under US state privacy laws).
You will still see ads, but they will not be personalised. Your choice takes effect straight away; a few ad partners only apply a change from the next time you open the game.
Your advertising ID
In your phone’s settings (usually Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > Ads), you can delete or reset your advertising ID. After that, apps receive a new ID or none at all.
Uninstalling
Uninstalling the game stops all collection by the game and its partners, and deletes everything the game saved on your phone.
10. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
- Consent: game analytics and personalised advertising. You can withdraw your consent at any time with SHARE DATA. Withdrawing doesn’t affect processing that happened before.
- Contract: processing your purchases and giving you what you bought.
- Legitimate interests: showing non-personalised ads that keep the game free, measuring ads, preventing fraud, and checking the internet connection so that the game works. You can object by contacting us.
11. Your rights
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
The game never asks who you are, so we usually cannot link information to you. Tell us what you would like and we will help as far as we can. Our ad partners hold the advertising information, and you can also contact them directly through their privacy policies (section 15).
United States
Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah or Texas), you may have the right to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and to opt out of its “sale”, its “sharing” and targeted advertising.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, letting ad partners use device identifiers for personalised ads can count as “selling” or “sharing” under these laws. To opt out, turn off SHARE DATA in Settings, or delete your advertising ID. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
Everywhere
Wherever you live, you can send us questions or requests at chaturvedisuryadev100@gmail.com.
12. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under the minimum age set by the law where they live. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13. How long information is kept
- On your phone: until you reset your progress or uninstall the game.
- Game analytics: for as long as we need it to improve the game, and no longer than Unity’s retention period for analytics data.
- Advertising and purchase information: kept by each partner and by Google under their own policies.
14. Security and international transfers
Information that the game and its partners send over the internet is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we collect only what the game needs and rely on the security of Android, Google Play and our partners.
Our partners may process information in the United States and in other countries outside your own. Where the law requires it, they use safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
