1. Who you are contracting with

This website is owned and operated by Logical Programmer (“we”, “us”, “our”). Throughout these terms, “you” means the individual or organisation accessing the site or purchasing a product.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from this site. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. What we sell

We sell digital products only — Unity packages distributed as .unitypackage files, together with any source code, prefabs, documentation and sample assets included in them. No physical goods are sold or shipped at any time.

Product descriptions, screenshots, supported Unity versions and file sizes are provided in good faith and kept as accurate as we can. Minor variation between a screenshot and the delivered package is not a defect.

4. Licence grant

When you purchase a package, you are buying a licence to use it — not ownership of it. Subject to full payment, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• Use the package in an unlimited number of your own commercial and non-commercial projects.
• Modify the source code and assets to suit your project’s needs.
• Distribute the package as an integrated, compiled part of your own game or application.

What the licence does not permit

• Reselling, sublicensing, renting or redistributing the package in its original or substantially unmodified form, including on any other asset marketplace.
• Sharing your download link, account access or package files with anyone outside your organisation.
• Publishing the source code publicly, including in a public repository, tutorial or course.
• Using the package to build a product whose primary purpose is to compete with the package itself.

Single developer licence. Unless a studio or team licence has been purchased, one licence covers one individual developer. For team-wide use, contact us about studio licensing.

5. Free packages

Packages listed at no cost are provided under the same licence terms as paid packages, except where a package explicitly ships with its own licence file — in which case that file governs. Free packages are provided as-is, and we may change or withdraw them at any time.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any taxes, duties or bank charges that may apply in your jurisdiction. Where Indian GST applies to a sale, it will be shown at checkout and reflected on your invoice.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not receive, handle or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials or any other payment instrument details — those are handled entirely by the gateway under its own security standards.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. A price change never affects an order already completed. If a package is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour the error.

7. Delivery

All products are delivered electronically and immediately after payment is confirmed. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

8. Refunds

Because these are digital products delivered instantly, refunds are limited. Please read the Cancellation & Refund Policy before you buy — it sets out exactly when a refund is available and how to request one.

9. Support

Every paid package includes email support and access to our community Discord. We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours. Support covers installation, setup and defects in the package itself. It does not cover general Unity tuition, debugging your wider project, or writing custom features for you — though we are happy to quote separately for that.

10. Updates

Paid packages include lifetime updates for that package: when we release a new version, you get it at no additional cost. We do not guarantee any particular update schedule, nor that a package will be updated to support every future Unity version indefinitely.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the packages, source code, written copy, logos, artwork and the Logical Programmer name — is our property or is used with permission, and is protected by Indian and international copyright law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any download link not issued to you.
• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror or bulk-download content from the site.
• Interfere with the operation of the site, including by introducing malicious code or by placing unreasonable load on it.
• Use any product to create unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you materially breach these terms.

13. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party services including YouTube, Google Play, Discord and our payment gateway. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The products are provided “as is”. While we test everything we sell in real, shipped projects, we do not warrant that a package will be free of defects, compatible with every Unity version or third-party asset, or fit for your particular purpose. You are responsible for evaluating a package against your own project’s requirements.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a product or these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid for that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, project delays or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your misuse of a product, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the “last updated” date above will change. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones in force on the date of that purchase.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
