Shipping & Delivery Policy
Everything sold on logicalprogrammer.com is a digital product. Nothing is physically shipped — your package is delivered electronically, within minutes of payment.

1. Digital products only
Logical Programmer sells digital goods exclusively. No physical items are stocked, packed, couriered or shipped at any time. Every product is a Unity package (a .unitypackage file) together with its documentation, delivered to you over the internet.
Because nothing is shipped, there are no shipping charges, no courier partners, no tracking numbers and no delivery addresses involved in any order.
2. How delivery works
- You complete payment through our secure payment gateway.
- The gateway confirms the payment — this is normally instant, but can take a few minutes for net banking and some UPI transactions.
- A download link and receipt are sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
- You download the
.unitypackagefile and import it into your Unity project.

Free packages are delivered the same way and just as quickly, with no payment step.
4. If your download does not arrive
Delivery emails occasionally get filtered. Before contacting us, please:
- Check your spam, junk, promotions and updates folders.
- Confirm the email address you entered at checkout was spelled correctly.
- Add chaturvedisuryadev1@gmail.com to your contacts so future emails are not filtered.
- Wait 15 minutes — payment confirmation is occasionally delayed.
Still nothing? Email chaturvedisuryadev1@gmail.com with your order ID and the email address you used. We resend links manually and respond within 24 hours. A delivery failure that we cannot resolve is grounds for a full refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Download links and re-downloads
- Download links are personal to you and should not be forwarded or shared.
- Links may expire after a period or a number of uses, for security. If yours has expired, contact us and we will issue a fresh one at no cost.
- You can request a re-download at any time for a package you have bought, including after a new version is released.
- Keep your own backup of any package you have purchased. We aim to keep links available indefinitely, but we cannot guarantee it.
6. What you need to use the product
Delivery is complete when the file reaches you. Being able to use it also requires, on your side:
- A Unity installation matching the version range stated on the product page.
- An internet connection capable of downloading the file.
- Enough disk space for the package and your project.
We cannot control your local network, storage or Unity installation, and problems there are not delivery failures.
7. International orders
Because delivery is electronic, we deliver worldwide with no geographic restriction. There are no customs duties, import taxes or shipping charges on a digital download. Any taxes that apply to the sale itself are shown at checkout.
