Cancellation & Refund Policy
These are digital products delivered the moment you pay, so refunds work differently from physical goods. Here is exactly when you can get your money back, and how.
Last updated:
1. The short version
- Something is broken or not as described? Tell us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you.
- Changed your mind but have not downloaded the file? Ask within 7 days and we will refund you.
- Downloaded the package and it works as described? We cannot refund it — the product cannot be returned.
- Charged twice? Always refunded, in full, no questions.
2. Why digital refunds are limited
Every package is delivered instantly and in full at the moment your payment is confirmed. Once you have the files, there is no way to return them or to verify they have been removed from your systems. For this reason all sales are final once a package has been downloaded, except in the circumstances set out below.
We would rather you did not buy the wrong thing in the first place. Every product page lists the supported Unity version, package version, file size and full feature list. If anything is unclear, ask us before you buy — we answer within 24 hours.
3. When you are entitled to a refund
We will issue a full refund in any of these cases:
- Duplicate payment. You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Non-delivery. Payment succeeded but you never received a working download link, and we cannot resolve it within 24 hours of you telling us.
- Materially not as described. The package is substantially different from its description — a listed feature is missing, or it does not work on the Unity version stated on the product page.
- Defective and unfixable. The package has a defect that we are unable to fix within a reasonable time after you report it.
- Unused change of mind. You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and the download link has not been used.
- Unauthorised transaction. The payment was made without your authorisation and this is confirmed with the payment gateway.
4. When a refund is not available
- You downloaded the package and it performs as described, but you no longer want it.
- You bought the wrong package by mistake after the specification was clearly listed. (Tell us anyway — we will usually swap it for one of equal value.)
- The package does not work because of a conflict with a third-party asset, a heavily modified project, or a Unity version outside the supported range stated on the product page.
- You want a feature the package never claimed to have. Feature requests are welcome, but they are not grounds for a refund.
- The request is made more than 7 days after purchase, other than in the duplicate-payment or unauthorised-transaction cases above.
- The package was free. There is nothing to refund.
- The licence was terminated because of a material breach of our Terms & Conditions.
5. Order cancellation
Because delivery is instant, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed — there is no window between payment and delivery in which to cancel it. A completed order can only be unwound through a refund under section 3. If a payment fails or is abandoned before it completes, no order is created and nothing is charged.
6. How to request a refund
- Email chaturvedisuryadev1@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund request”.
- Include your order ID, the email address used at checkout, the package name, and a short description of the problem.
- If the issue is technical, please attach the error message, your Unity version and a screenshot. It is often faster for us to fix the problem than to refund it — and you keep the package.
We acknowledge every refund request within 24 hours and give you a decision within 3 business days.
7. How refunds are paid
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, account or wallet.
- We initiate the refund within 3 business days of approval.
- Your bank or card issuer then takes a further 5 to 10 business days to post it to your account. That part is outside our control.
- Refunds are issued in the original currency. Where a currency conversion or international transaction fee was applied by your bank, the refunded amount may differ slightly from the amount charged.
8. Effect of a refund
When a refund is issued, your licence to the package terminates immediately. You must delete all copies of the package and remove it from any project you have not yet published. You may not continue to use, distribute or benefit from a package you have been refunded for.
9. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — we will almost always resolve it faster. A chargeback raised without contacting us first may result in the associated licence being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
